Maple, lime marinated halibut
Grilled, tangy caramelized fish over forbidden rice with an edamame puree.

Green Thai coconut curry over petrol sole
over fluffy jasmine rice with a blend of fresh lemon grass, cilantro and
kiefer lime with other
fresh herbs.

Ginger, garlic cilantro tilapia
over red Himalayan whole grain rice with citrus asparagus.

Maryland crab cakes
Blue lump crab meat tossed with a creamy non dairy mayo and dijon with savory
spices and than seared till golden brown over brown rice or egg fettuchini.

Red napper with a tarragon, grapefruit beurre blanc
This light butter sauce is made without butter. instead a alternative blend of
olive, coconut and soy oils are blended to create this flavorful dish. Served
