About the Chef
Everything on my path and in my heart has fueled my passion for good food made with love and peaceful intention. My belief is that where your food comes from, how it's prepared, and the energy and thought behind the preparation is just as, if not more important, than the idea of eating itself.
As consumers, if we embody a conscious awareness of the process behind meal preparation, our food would “fill us” in both a physical and spiritual capacity.
Originally, I am from a small but very eclectic, multi-cultural neighborhood outside central Philadelphia. Laden with organic food co-ops and community gardens, this is where I gained tremendous knowledge and respect of food, culture, and people who eat consciously. My passion for food began early and continued as I began working in restaurants along the East Coast before making California my home in 1996.
During the past 8 years, my work as a personal chef has allowed me to create organic, restaurant quality meals infused with conscious intention for my clients to enjoy within the comfort of their homes.
